Yes, you can upgrade your account from shopper to publisher by simply filling out the account upgradation form available on your dashboard.
The Basic criteria to become a Publisher is you should have any Digital Platform like Website/ Blog/ Application/ Social Media with relevant audience.
Once you have raised a request for upgradation, the process generally takes a few hours in rare cases it may take upto 48 hours and you will be notified on your registered email immediately once your account has been upgraded.
