Refund Processing Timeline

All purchases for Custom Domains, API Access, and White-label Solutions are final and non-refundable. However, in the event of a technical failure or an inability to deliver the agreed-upon service, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, processing may take 7-14 business days to reflect in the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • One-time Purchases (Custom Domains, API Setups, White-label Solutions): Cancellations are not permitted once the service is provisioned.
  • Subscription-based Services: Customers can cancel their subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • Service Delays or Non-provisioning: If the service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, customers may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase. Requests beyond this period will not be considered.
